  2. To get abs in know time you need to do more effective workout routines. A good workout routine should only last 20 to 30 minutes. Working out more than 20 to 30 minutes a day is over working your body. A routine that is fast pace is great for burning stomach fat. You see a lot of them exercise routine on video they are slow pace exercise routines. It might sound like a tough job to start doing fast pace exercises but you have to think what you will benefit from doing a fast pace exercise routines.

  3. That's my drawback is that i exercise late at night when i should be doing morning workouts. I'm going to try and implement that change even though i know getting up early to workout is going to be a hard routine to get into.

  4. Like you said is very important to eat and to eat right especially with the holidays approaching. Stay away from fatty foods and alcohol and always take time to workout your abs.
